We generally book around 18-24 months in advance. Please schedule your tour as soon as possible by starting your inquiry today.  

What's Included:

  • Use of grounds, barn and beautiful 6,000 square foot CLIMATE CONTROLLED indoor arena with suite, prep area, full bath, porch and stamped concrete dance floor (includes a disco ball with lighting, too)!

  • Arch, whiskey barrels and miscellaneous decor items are included. 

  • Many brides are using the grounds/barn as the ceremony location and the arena for the reception; the arena is large enough to serve as both a backup for outdoor ceremony plans and still serve as the reception area if inclement weather occurs.

  • Setup and Cleanup Time (12 pm-9 pm the day before the event and 8 am-11 pm the day of the event)

  • Dumpster

  • Indoor  Restrooms

  • Lounge/Suite (arena)

  • Security (if alcohol is served)

  • Parking attendants

  • Luxury Golf Cart to transport guests

  • Three parking areas (with VIP/handicap access)

  • Outside caterers/vendors permitted (We do NOT have exclusive agreements with vendors)

  • Slideshow presentation ability 

  • Photos with our horses (if desired)

  • Ceremony chairs + reception tables and chairs and setup/teardown are included in our packages for events planned for up to 200 guests. 

Pricing is approximately $3,500 and up depending on specifics. 

Inside or Outside Options

We've got it covered. If you are planning on an outside ceremony and inclement weather is expected, our beautiful heated/air conditioned 6,000 square foot arena can serve as your ceremony setting and also has a separate area for your reception. We make it your day, your way.

Friday and Saturday Included

We do not charge by the hour for weddings and receptions. When you rent with us, you'll have access to the facility during select hours on both Friday and Saturday.

Stress-Free Setup and Take Down

We set up all ceremony and reception chairs and tables. We also take them down after the event, too. This will allow you plenty of time to focus on your decor and agenda.

Three "Spaces"

When you choose our venue, you'll have the option of using our grounds, barn, arena or all three! We recommend having the ceremony outside, using the barn as an intermission area between the ceremony and reception and then using the arena as the reception setting. The arena is big enough to hold your ceremony and reception, both, if inclement weather occurs.
